When Is the helpdesk open?

The helpdesk provides technical support for all Hartwick faculty, staff and students.

The helpdesk is located in the Technology Resource Center (TRC) in Clark Hall room 150. The helpdesk phone number is 607-431-4357

The TRC supports the campus data network, telephones systems, classroom technology, computer labs, DTL the online learning system, and email.

The Technology Resource Center (TRC) is open from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. The helpdesk may have an adjusted schedule during the summer.
