How do I troubleshoot/support my Hartwick Dell Laptop?

Every Dell computer issued by Hartwick has an app called SupportAssist preloaded.

SupportAssist is the smart technology, available on your PC that will keep it running like new by detecting issues, optimizing settings and telling you when you need to make updates. It also allows you to updated drivers, the software that keeps up with hardware updates.

To run support assist, go to all apps on your menu and scroll down to Support Assist. Click the down arrow at the bottom.

The best option is to run "Get Drivers and Downloads" to check for updates to your software, which is the quickest option. If you have time you can run the other items.
