How to add a network printer to my Windows computer

Click on the file folder on the bottom of your taskbar and type in \\hcprint01 . Press Enter

The the network printers will appear:

Scroll to the printer that you want to install on your computer and double click on it.

When asked if you want to allow changes to your device, select yes to add the printer.

Now the printer will be installed on your computer. Simply choose it from the list of printers.
