Upon opening the FortiClient Zero Trust Fabric Agent, select the Remote Access tab on the left, ensure that sslvpn.hartwick.edu is selected

for the VPN Name, and click Connect. 

If for some reason you don't see sslvpn.hartwick.edu as an option, you can add it manually by clicking the  icon and choosing "Add a new connection." In the screen that follows, enter the settings outlined below and click save.
