If you are trying to get your office phone extension to ring on your cell phone (through the MiCollab app), there are the settings to look at.

From the MiCollab app on your phone:

• Go to the Home screen
• Click your name icon (top left corner)
• On the settings menu, click on "Manage Status"
• For the status you want to ring on your cell phone, make sure that SoftPhone is turned on.
• "SoftPhone" means the app on your cell phone. You can set calls to ring on your DeskPhone, SoftPhone, or both.
