Connecting to Wifi While Waiting for Port Activation

Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in activating the Ethernet ports for your device. We're actively working on it and will be addressing the issue as soon as possible.


In the meantime, we're happy to inform you that ClearPass is up and running, so you should be able to connect your game consoles and other IoT devices to the Wi-Fi network again. Below, we've included instructions on how to reconnect your devices:

Connecting To Hawks-IoT:


  • With a device connected to the internet navigate to



  • Log in with your Hartwick account credentials 


  • Register Device with Wi-Fi mac-address


  • Accept Terms of Service 


  • Example Device Receipt : 

  • On the IoT Device Select “Hawks-IoT” 


  • Login with the provided and unique password
