Accepting Photos on eAccounts Navigate to: https://mgmt-wickit-sp.transactcampus.com/mgmt/login.aspx and log in Go to: User Setup > Online Photo Submission Click on the gear icon on the top right of the screen, and under "Show Tabs" the following are checked: Approved Denied Downloaded Done Under Columns, make sure the following columns: Bulk Select Email ID Number Date Submitted Your webpage should look like this: Click on the photo itself and go through the standard procedures of accepting and denying photos. Thumbs up to accept the photo (you may need to crop it). Once done, the photo will be moved to the "Approved" tab. Thumbs down to deny the photo. You will be prompted with a reason to give to the user. Once denied, the photo will be moved to the "Denied" tab. Once photo(s) is approved, go to the "Approved" tab, scroll up to the top of the page and select "Send Photos to Transact". You will be put back to the home page. Navigate back into "Online Photo Submission", and go to the "Downloaded" tab. From here.. Open up and log into Colleague in a new tab. Navigate to "Form Search" next to the search box Type in "CRI" in the search box and hit enter. Your page should look like this: In the "Person/Organization LookUp", type in the user's ID number. You can get the ID number from your eAccounts/Transact portal. Once you press Enter, a page should load with 6 rows. From there, in an empty row enter under the "Code Instance" 1IDPHOTCand hit EnterUnder "Description", it should automatically say "ID Photo Accepted" Under "Status Comment", enter "R" and hit Enter. It should automatically pre-fill the rest of the fields. The user's sheet should look like this: From there, hit "Save" next to "Save All" and click "Update" once the prompt pops up. Occasionally, all 6 rows will be filled. If this happens, click on this: Go back to the eAccounts/Transact and click the checkmark next to the user's picture. From there, you are all set.
